Mr. and Mrs. Sanchou - A TX Hill Country Wedding

I went to San Antonio this past weekend to be a part of Lauren's and Matt's big day,
and it was a jam packed weekend.

 They got  married at:

We started with the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, then headed over to the J.W. Marriott.

[Holy crap this place is baller status.  Felt like I was in a Vegas resort]
The pool even has a lazy river. We hung out at Velocity bar. Fancy.

All the bridesmaids stayed with Lauren in her suite, which had two huge bathrooms and more than enough beds.  I think we all got a little tipsier than planned but we were up and at em' on Saturday morning to get ready.

So Saturday. Holy crappers we were peeling roses, helping lauren assemble flowers, getting our makeup done, painting our nails, you name it, it was happening up in hurr.
I am still so impressed with her own bouquet, that she made herself!!!

Isn't it fabulous??

Now we did run into some trouble with hydrangeas for the bridesmaids bouquets. Apparently you have to keep them in water til the last possible second. Whoopsies.
Casey's dad rushed to buy tulips for the girls to carry at the last second.

But now for the BEST part, the GORGEOUS Bride:
My sister (right) came to help. Lauren was a lil' stressed out at this moment.
so we took a shot to take the edge off. We were late, but it had been a crazy day!
ouch that hurt.

We Lined up.

 The musicians were in place.

and out she came. She walked out to "take my breathe away." Not gonna lie here, I totally started crying. I had to pull it together..lol.

they said their vows

they kissed!

and they were hitched!!!

Mr. and Mrs. Sanchou People:

happy!

absolutely gorgeous. She wore a Monique Lhuillier like she had always dreamed of:

His family..

Her family..

Us:

The Mariachis sang:

And we partied. HARD.

The end!
Lauren already thinks the bouquet snafu is hilarious. Funny how wedding mishaps become hilarious stories.
Weddings are so fickle.

A super huge congratulations to Matt and Lauren.
They were teenage loves and now a married couple!
Congrats guys we love you!
